چکیده

The Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) contains two Higgs doublets Hu and Hd coupling to upand down-type quark fields, respectively. The neutral components of these Higgs doublets acquire vacuum expectation values (vevs) vu and vd with the sum v 2 u+v 2 d being fixed to v ≈ (174 GeV) and the ratio tan β ≡ vu/vd remaining as a free parameter. Large values of tanβ (∼ 50) are theoretically motivated by bottom-top Yukawa unification, which occurs in SO(10) GUT models with minimal Yukawa sector, and phenomenologically preferred by the anomalous magnetic moment of the muon [1]. Since a large value of tanβ corresponds to vd ≪ vu, it leads to enhanced corrections in amplitudes where the treelevel contribution is suppressed by the small vev vd but the loop-correction involves vu instead. In such cases the ratio of one-loop to tree-level contribution receives an enhancement-factor tan β which may lift the loopsuppression rendering the ratio of order O(1). In order not to spoil the perturbative expansion a special treatment is required for these tanβ-enhanced corrections to resum them to all orders. There are two possible ways to deal with them. The first is to

ττ Fusion to SUSY Higgs Bosons at a Photon Collider: Measuring tan β

τ τ fusion to light h and heavy H, A Higgs bosons is investigated in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) at a photon collider as a promising channel for measuring large values of tan β. For standard design parameters of a photon collider an error ∆ tan β ∼ 1, uniform for tan β > ∼ 10, may be expected, improving on complementary measurements at LHC and e + e − linear colliders. 1.) ...

F = 2 processes in the MSSM in large tan β limit

We discuss corrections to ∆M B d , ∆M Bs and to the CP violation parameter ε in two examples of (generalized) minimal flavour violation models: 2HDM and MSSM in the large tan β limit. We show that for H + not too heavy, ∆M Bs in the MSSM with heavy sparticles can be substantially smaller than in the SM due the charged Higgs box contributions and in particular due to the growing like tan 4 β con...

Possible enhancement of the e+e− → H±W∓ cross section in the two-Higgs-doublet model

The production process of the charged Higgs-boson associated with a W boson at electron-positron colliders is discussed in the two-Higgs-Doublet Model (2HDM) and in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM). The process is induced at one-loop level in these models. We examine how much the cross section can be enhanced by quarkand Higgs-loop effects. In the non-SUSY 2HDM, in addition to l...

Single Heavy MSSM Higgs Production at e+e− Linear Collider

The measurement of the properties of the heavy Higgs bosons H, A and H± of Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) could tell us a lot about the MSSM parameters. The mass of the heavy Higgses are related to the overall scale mA0 (CP-odd Higgs mass), with a distinctive mass relation between mA0 , mH0 andmH± in MSSM. The heavy Higgs couplings to the fermions are sensitive to tanβ (the ratio ...

Scalar flavour - changing neutral currents in the large - tan β limit

We analyse scalar flavour-changing neutral currents of down-type quarks in models with two Higgs doublets, coupled separately to upand down-type quarks, in the limit where the ratio of the two expectation values (tanβ = vu/vd) is large. We clarify the origin of this phenomenon, both in ∆F = 1 and ∆F = 2 processes, analysing differences and analogies between supersymmetric and non-supersymmetric...
